الوصف الوظيفي
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management or IE Engineering, logistics, or business administration with at least 3 years of experience as a procurement specialist in the “Metro and trains field” “preferably in a multi‐cultural organization”, also the job holder should have the knowledge and an experience of office management systems and procedures also have a strong knowledge of the industry and market conditions.

• Impeccable negotiation and problem‐solving skills

• Able to travel to meet vendors and suppliers, as necessary.

• very good in English reading and writing, experience, good in IT and customer services.

• The ability to work as part of a team.

• Highly organized and detail‐oriented

• Interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

• Creativity and Impeccable negotiation and a problem‐solver.

• Strategic planning ability and have the analytical skills.

• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot critical matters; good adaptability and ability to work in flexible hours to meet the project demand and deadlines, and cope with pressure and challenges.

• Commercial awareness and understanding of business environments.
