This role is based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
What you’ll do
Drive brand performance across Saudi markets to ensure achieving target Market Share (MS) and Sales Budget.
Develop sales/share/distribution analysis monthly.
Lead GTM analysis and recommend improvements/new ideas.
Support Franchise leads with data and idea generation for push and pull activities.
Make bottom-up analysis to recommend sales targets and trade marketing interventions/investments in line with COOP budget.
Analyse/evaluate on monthly basis the IMS data for the trends, market share; growth etc. and track with the sales force the action plan to further improve the performance in the marketplace.
Identify the impact of the industry shifts, trends, and timely respond to customers/market needs.
Lead the Monthly Key Account review process to identify opportunities /risk in strategic key accounts and ensure flawless execution of key account tactics.
Think strategically and makes effective trade-off decisions regarding resources to achieve optimal business results.
Franchise Management
Searching for potential clients of the franchisor.
Initiating and completing the contracting process with potential clients.
ensuring the implementation of rules set by the franchisor through franchisees.
Constant and effective communication with franchisees.
Follow-up to the franchisor periodic reports on the franchises that includes but not limited to daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Preparing the franchisees’ file for starting to work that begins with contracting until the completion of the branch opening process.
Support the franchisors’ clients and provide all needing assistance.
Follow up the sales of franchisees and supervise the service of franchise customers.
Seek out the needs of individual customers in district and sets appropriate expectations and plans to address these needs.
Proactively anticipate and addresses obstacles that may impede results.
Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with the sector professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
Develop network of contacts in the industry that allow identification and targeting of the best available opportunities.
Ensure all activities are adhering to agreed timelines.
All this requires leadership capabilities, taking initiatives, quick decision making, creativity & strong analytical skills.

Maintain close contact with key clients including those who have significant influence in the purchasing decisions in the targeted market for the assigned products.
Work collaboratively across functional areas, serving as a resource within the region and by leveraging the expertise of others.
Act as a liaison between the sales force and other cross-functional areas, persuading, convincing or motivating a targeted audience through collaboration and direct or indirect influence.
المهارات
Essential for the role
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent.
Minimum of 7+ years’ experience with consistent success in F&B;market.
2+ years of Managerial role in a relevant market.
Strong oral, written and listening skills that are demonstrated through effective communication with colleagues and customers.
Strong demonstration of English and Arabic languages.
Interpersonal skills – Influencing, negotiation, collaboration, and teamwork.
Effective analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making.
Planning and organization skills.
