Owns the Cisco Services, Licenses & Renewals Business for the Region of Saudi Arabia.
Frequently contacts Cisco partners with the aim to create a healthy sales pipeline.
Supports Cisco partners on any new requests, pricing and quoting needs on a daily basis.
Participate in weekly / monthly business review calls and discuss updates with internal and Cisco stakeholders.
Enables and trains existing and new partners on Cisco Services, Renewals and Recurring Revenue and supports them in monitoring and closing their own Cisco Renewal opportunities.
Helps Cisco Partners reach the Services targets.
Shares regular sales updates with the Cisco Services Business Manager and Cisco Business unit Manager.
Keeps records of the Renewals business and Partner interactions by using both internal and Cisco tools.
المهارات
Ability to work in a sales role. Previous experience in sales, customer support or operations roles will be considered an advantage.
College or University graduate in areas like Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Public Relations & Communications or other similar degree is desired.
Any Cisco certifications and or knowledge of Cisco tools like CCW / CCWr, TPV etc. will be considered as an advantage.
Fluent in English (Oral / Verbal), knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
Excellent computer skills & knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Good communication skills
Understand the importance and meaning of excellent customer service and support.
Able to work both on own and as part of a team
Friendly and professional at all times to coworkers and partners
Self-motivated, assertive and able to work independently
