Strategic Duties • Analyze Requests for Proposal and Tenders for business requirements for match to Analytics Products and Solution capabilities • Active and integral participant in the RFP and Tender processes evaluating and completing documents and proposals in line with the required timelines. • Perform market research to identify opportunities and competitive knowledge • Working as part of a team to provide advice, training and pre-sales support to the sales team. • Preparation and delivery solution presentations to customers, potential customers and key stakeholders. • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and solution education to customers. • Ownership of relationships with customers through project definition, requirements gathering, development and expectation management. • Maintain up to date knowledge of solutions and competitor products and companies in the marketplace. • Writing specifications, proposals, tenders, SOW, technical and business reports, user documentation, and determining operational feasibility. • Translation of technical details into benefits for potential and existing customers and derive ROI models where appropriate. • Maintaining and developing strong customer relationships. • Supporting challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy. • Input to creation of technical collateral and demos. • Attending meetings, events, and working at client sites in Saudi Arabia and Internationally. • Any other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time. المهارات • Experience with enterprise architectures, products, and configurations including data center, SD-WAN and network technologies with multi-vendor. • 2+ years of customer facing Pre-Sales experience • Expertise in CLI configurations, regular expressions and JavaScript or Python scripting • Hands on experience with REST API integrations • Familiarity with Linux administration • Working knowledge of public and hybrid cloud platforms including AWS, MS Azure and GCP • Working knowledge of industry leading virtualization and container solutions • Cisco CCNP Certified • FortiNet NSE 1, 2, 3, 4 Certified General Administrative Duties • Learning processes from each department. • Keeping records up to date reporting information when required • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills • Excellent organizational skills • Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly Excel • Develop and utilize a good understanding of Company`s products and services • Dealing with enquiries in a timely and efficient manner from both internally and external teams. • Develop an understanding of Company`s revenue structure and pricing. • Resolving any issues that might arise during the sales process • Confidently dealing with customers over the phone, mail and Voice/Video communications. • General administration duties • Answering office phone and providing accurate messages to the team. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/network-pre-post-sales-engineer-4494701/ |
