To perform maintenance for equipment in assigned work areas as per supervisor direction in order to ensure all machines are running up to standard operational performance and minimal downtime
Description
• Implements maintenance for assigned orders to ensure equipment issues are solved on time with minimal downtime
• Maintains tool kits used for maintenance operations to ensure readiness for any maintenance requests without any time loss due to missing or broken tools
• Preserves equipment by providing troubleshooting to ensure- equipment performance is reliable and meets expectations
• Retains accurate records to ensure device history record and quality documents are accurate, all parts are traceable, and issues can be addressed
• Performs simple preventive maintenance to avoid any issues that interrupt the operating process
• Executes simple mechanic skills to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and repair of production/packaging machines
• Documents activities supporting maintenance best practices to ensure that continuous improvement activities have adequate and reliable data for analysis
• Reads and interprets equipment manuals and work orders to instill the knowledge required to perform maintenance and service procedures
• Identifies and implements new ideas that will improve efficiency of the systems and/or the processes
• Detects simple faulty operations and materials to report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision
• Assists in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Engineering to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
• Diploma degree in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical
• Minimum Experience: 0-2 years in pharmaceutical companies or relevant experiences.
