Role Description:
As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will lead, manage & drive revenue cycle integration, workflow, and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues. You will influence workflow and technical decisions, articulating operational and financial impacts for Al Dara and Cerner project teams, participate in executive-level client discussions regarding revenue cycle expectations and opportunities for improvement. You will also manage and resolve project escalations, lead clinically driven revenue cycle (CDRC) conversations across venues and consult with ED of IT, CFO, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators, and reporting before conversion. As a senior member, you will participate in legacy accounts receivable planning conversations and decisions and contribute to continuous process improvement opportunities within the Revenue Cycle Scope.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES:
1- Strategy and Planning:
Provide input to Revenue strategy, roadmap, and plans to work closely with the Executive Director of IT and Chief Finance Officer and Information Technology Team.
Participate in the development of Information Technology’s annual operation plans and ensure implementation aligns with Information Technology and Aldara’s corporate strategy.
Participate in process improvement & budgeting cycle, provide input to the budgeting process, and monitor achievement and progress.
Support in investigating and recommending strategies that result in positive financial impact for Aldara and mitigates financial and operational risks.
Consume, triage, and scope the impact of incoming releases to our stakeholder teams. Understand our Revenue organization and identify the appropriate information sharing for technical & non-technical audiences
Identify & scope technical needs of other departments within the Revenue organization. Understand and translate our stakeholder’s technical requirements further upstream.

Exercise excellent judgment with the communication and dissemination of release program status, risks and provide executive summaries
Establish and execute structured stakeholder feedback loop processes across the Revenue Cycle Process to facilitate input to our Business Planning partners.
Utilizes performance metrics and regulatory measures to facilitate the review of process effectiveness.
Develops department goals and objectives and enforces policies and procedures for the department, including clinical and revenue cycle functions, quality assurance, and environmental.
3- People Management:
Manage, guide, and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations per set operational plans, policies, and procedures.
Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team, and provide regular feedback on performance.
Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring, and coaching of direct reports
Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent for Information Technology
Develops and maintains collaborative working relationships with revenue-producing departments, information systems personnel, finance, compliance, and revenue cycle teams
المهارات
Necessary Knowledge and Experience:
8 to 10 years of experience in Scheduling, Registration, Practice management, Case Management, HIM and Coding, Patient accounting, Contract management, Contract Modelling, Insurance.
At least seven years of project management, sales, or consulting work experience or clinical practice using healthcare information technology tools.
Experience with hospital and financial and patient accounting systems
Experience with tools that enable gathering insights through advanced analytics (Python, Tableau, etc.) and querying language (SQL)
Education and Certification Requirements:
Bachelor‘s/Master’s or equivalent degree from an accredited university.
Competencies / Skills:
Scheduling, Registration, Practice management, Case Management, HIM and Coding, Patient accounting, Contract management, Contract Modelling, Insurance, Team Management.
Experience in leading complex projects for Revenue, Sales, or Customer Success business functions and precisely how Revenue Cycle Healthcare organization functions.
