Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
Preparation and timely delivery of pay slips and annual payment summaries
Processing new employee’s contracts and terminations (from a payroll perspective)
Compiling summaries of earnings, deductions, leave, sick leaves, and business trips and reporting on this
Resolving payroll discrepancies
Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
Assisting with month-end reporting
Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
المهارات
Should have experience of handling more than 600 + staff payroll with minimum of 5+ years of experience in Payroll
Bachelor’s Degree required in accounting or relevant field such as Business/HR/Commerce.
Experience in ERP Software preferred Microsoft Dynamics or SAP
Familiar with Labor law of KSA, Experience in Time Machine attendance, Familiar with Employee filing and records
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations in the trading field
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
