Job Purpose:
To support end-to-end recruitment activities from job requisition and job post, to sourcing, interviews and onboarding new employees. The role covers internal and external candidates of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
Support in creating/updating job descriptions.
Meet with hiring managers to get the hiring manager brief about the job, and to prepare for posting, sourcing and interviews according to the hiring manager brief and JD requirements.
Align the hiring managers about the recruitment progress and to coordinate with them to interview the selected candidates.
Source/Screen CVs, shortlist, conduct face to face and phone interviews, and prepare job offer letters and regret letters in case needed.
Monitor the localization percentage and suggest action plans when needed
Connect with recruitment agencies and prepare the necessary paperwork and documentation.
Coordinate with overseas agencies to meet the required recruitment demand for different departments.
Track hiring metrics and provide periodic update.
Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate Talent Acquisition progress reports
Coordinate and participate in regional campaigns and career fairs and recruitment events
Lead the induction program
Lead and follow up on coop training programs
Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices.
Support in TA related initiatives, launches and support in training hiring managers in competency-based interviews
المهارات
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Recruitment or TA Specialist.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong written and verbal communications skills in Arabic and English.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Familiarity with Dashboards creation and MS Excel.
Hands-on experience with job sites/tools like LinkedIn and Bayt.
Familiarity with SAP/SuccessFactors system is a plus.
