Perform monthly reconciliation and review of project accounts (property under construction)
Coordinate with Cash Management for settling payments
Assist in preparing periodic balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure completeness of project accrual and invoices entered for the cumulative value of work done
Develop projects’ cost summary report and verify each nature of expense cost
Prepare monthly/ quarterly project accruals and ensure buy-in by project managers and Cost Control
Prepare cost recovery sheet for all recoverable projects to be reconciled with the designated bank accounts
Assist in the preparation of periodic bank reconciliation statements
Assist in the liaison and at providing external auditors with relevant financial information
المهارات
Education
Bachelors degree in accounting
Professional accounting qualification e.g. CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA
Experience
3+ years of experience of financial accounting and management accounting experience
Experience of accounting within real estate or related industry is preferred
Experience in project accounting and reporting
