Preparing studies for the company’s strategic and annual plan within the framework of its goals and future vision.
Translating the company’s vision and strategy into long-term and short-term goals, action plans with performance indicators and its balanced scorecards.
Developing a strategic project office methodology for following up on projects, initiatives and business plans of business units to achieve the company’s strategic objectives.
Ensure that projects are implemented and completed in accordance with approved plans and schedules.
Supervising the preparation and development of the company’s estimated general budget in coordination with the financial department and all business department in the company.
Providing the various sectors with procedures, models and instructions for preparing the company’s comprehensive annual and strategic plans.
Follow up the implementation of the plans, evaluate the results and prepare comparative reports to identify deviations and their causes.
Suggesting the necessary amendments to the strategic and annual plans in light of evaluating the results of the application.
Searching for business opportunities for the company, evaluating them from various economic, technical and other aspects, preparing feasibility studies for the proposed projects, and showing the feasibility of new investments and partnerships in diversifying the company’s sources of income.
Collecting and analyzing data and information about the performance of the company’s core business units against set goals.
Develop reports on the performance of business units periodically (monthly, quarterly, annually or as needed) to enable senior management to update strategic plans and take the necessary corrective actions.
Organizing the workflow in the department, distributing work to its employees, coordinating their activities and directing them during the performance of their work.
Evaluate the performance of direct employees according to the performance appraisal system.
Carrying out any other similar tasks or responsibilities that fall within the scope of his competence and upon the assignment of the CEO.
