Supervising the preparation and awareness of marketing and sales plans and studies and following up on their implementation.
Approving executive plans for marketing and sales and following up on their implementation.
Put general policies for the marketing and sales department and setting marketing and sales procedures in cooperation with the rest of the departments.
Supervising the establishment of a comprehensive database on markets and competitors and everything related to marketing products, prices and plans for competitors, geographic areas and their distributions.
Analyzing data collected by marketing research on markets and competitors.
Supervising the plans of promotion, publicity, advertising and sales offers in coordination with the rest of the departments.
Work to raise the marketing share of the company’s products, merchandise and materials by increasing the volume of sales.
Follow-up and supervision in determining the appropriate sales areas and dividing the market into sectors, to benefit more from the number of customers and consumers.
Supervising and following up the development of marketing plans and programs to ensure appropriate growth in the company’s profits.
Supervising the development of a pricing strategy in cooperation with the deputies and the CEO to achieve the largest market share in the long term.
Ensure the achievement of effective control over marketing activities and take corrective measures that ensure the achievement of the marketing objectives set.
Seeing the results of evaluating the market’s reactions to advertising programs or distribution policy in order to reconsider the changing marketing and competitive strategies.
Contribute to identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the factory, leading to the identification of available marketing opportunities, challenges and problems.
Preparing periodic reports on the work of the Marketing and Sales Department, including all the achievements, obstacles and proposed solutions to develop work and performance, and submit them to the CEO.
Establishing a database on markets, competitors, geographic regions and their distributions.
Develop plans for promotion, publicity, advertising and sales offers in coordination with senior management.
Work to raise the market share by increasing sales.
Constant search for new customers and communicate with them and maintain strong relationships with them.
Follow up on the developments of the local and foreign markets; To identify trends of change in supply and demand and update policies and plans
Follow up the implementation of export agreements and work on developing them.
Organizing the workflow in the sector, distributing work to its employees, coordinating their activities and directing them during the performance of their work.
Evaluate the performance of direct employees according to the performance appraisal system.
Performing any other similar tasks or responsibilities that fall within the scope of his competence and upon the assignment of the CEO.
المهارات
High professional skills in marketing and sales.
University degree in Marketing/Business Administration + (14) years experience in Marketing and Sales
Or a master’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration + (11) years of experience in marketing and in cement products.
Negotiation Skills.
Knowledge of internal and external cement markets.
Ability to study and analyze the markets.
Ability to prepare plans, programs and estimated budgets.
Ability to organize and distribute work and follow up its completion.
Interpersonal skills.
