الوصف الوظيفي • Understand the contract design and specification. • Understand local municipal technical requirement and automatic match to contract technical requirement. • Supervise subcontractor to finish design verification according schedule. • Responsible for contract SOW, contract BOQ, contract SOC, supplier and subcontractor side SOC, technical submittals, method statement of delivery proposal, equipment installation& inspection standards and procedure, and ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract and client. • Responsible for develop equipment installation design standards, equipment configuration, the implementation of the formulation of process, inspection process, inspection and test documentation, and ensure compliance with the requirements of the contract. Design and construction drawing with design institute or consultant. • Responsible product specification and clarification, output product configuration list to ensure contract signing stage product specifications document clear and perfect. • Be responsible for procurement support to guarantee the materials correct arrival. • Responsible for monitoring the overall solution of technical risk and key points, and promote the settlement risk. • Participate in project handover to keep security information integrity, accuracy, can be performed. • The new requirements and new solution interface to match customer satisfaction. • Responsible for the whole project related products performance reached for approval. • Point out the relevant specialist contract design and specification issues and solutions. • Contract SOC review for client side and subcontractor/supplier’s side. • Client side detail technical things management and contact, specialist interface. • Client requirement and issues and risks clarification. • Subcontractor side detail technical things management and contact, specialist interface. • Shop drawing review and material submittals technical specification review. • Shop drawing guide and technical submittals guide. • Technical submittals preparation, technical proposal preparation, technical solution preparation. • Municipal technical part support and proposal preparation. • On-site support and transport & implementation & testing & commissioning proposal preparation. • On-site material and equipment inspection. • On-site technical guide. • On-site implementation quality guarantee and guide. • Weekly presentation and report and record preparation. • Communicate with customers to confirm the project technical standard, acceptance standard and implementation standard المهارات • More than 5 years MEP technical back ground. • More than 2+ year’s Data Center MEP facility construction, design and operation Technical background experience. • With 2000 square meters white space data center technical guide experience. • Understand client communication procedures and self-interface target. • Ensure smooth management of the pre-sale, design and delivery technical cases. • Good technical and proposal and submittals management. • Good technical review and design review ability, work carefully and responsibility strong. • Ensure a smooth process for specialist commission, inspection, TCCF certification. • Ensure the constructed design adheres to the Uptime certified design. • Assist in Uptime submission for any necessary deviations from certified design (TCDD). • Review and provide feedback and guidance on Uptime test script for Facility Certification (TCCF) , Provide feedback and necessary modifications (if any) to ensure a successful TCCF. • Specialist Design and Technical Management: Confirm design solutions and assist with gaining client approval for technical proposals. • Agree specialist acceptance procedures and criteria with the client. • Assist with creation and agreement of the specialist change management procedures with Client. • Can long term travel and full time on site in Saudi. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/civil-engineer-weak-neutral-current-engineer-hvac-engineer-4488292/ |
