Develop, implement and update HRIS using products Oracle 12-2.
Develop, update and modify codes, tables, reports and other applications for systems.
Maintains system to ensure continuity of operations and efficient reporting and resolves problems.
Develops routine reports and special report designs as required.
Researching new technologies related to human resources and keeping management informed about them.
Willing to be a part of the oracle in-house ERP core team on a permanent basis to implement and support super users and end users.
Demonstrated ability to implement ERP systems.
المهارات
Project leadership and supervision with oracle HR practical experience.
You must have at least 3 full course applications with extensive experience in modules oracle HRMS.
Experience working with Oracle HRMS - Implementations, Configurations, Additions, Customizations, and Integrations.
Experience in human resource management system.
Technical experience with human resource management system.
Ability to work on design to publish aspect of achievements.
Strong understanding of HR business structure.
The candidate must have at least 2-5 years of work experience in implementing modules.
Must have a proven track record of Oracle providing solutions including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis,
definition, and solution design.
Must do at least 1-2 a complete end to finish HRMS implementation projects.
You must have in-depth technical knowledge of the following modules:
1.Oracle Core HR.
2. Payroll.
3. HR Self Service.
You must have experience writing quick formulas for payroll.
Experience in preparing human resources reports.
ORACLE HRMS Certificate Professional.
Technical expertise OAF.
At least 5 years of experience in the field Oracle EBS.
Fluent in Arabic.
