Analyze client business needs and processes in international projects related to Procurement
Capture and translate business needs into recommendations and functional specifications
Establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships
Manage projects independently by applying project management techniques as well as technical and business knowledge to ensure that high-quality results are obtained for all our clients
Act as a true team player in the project team and collaborate with different functions at our client’s site
Assist customers in the decision process
Facilitate trainings for clients
Actively share product and functional knowledge within the team and coach the more junior colleagues
Participate in business development activities (sales offers, business relationships, presales activities and product demonstrations)
المهارات
Bachelor’s Degree (Prefer to have within related specializations: Supply Chain, Data analytics, Finance, etc.)
Min 8-12 years of relevant business experience
Fluent in Arabic & English
Leadership and project management experience
Expertise in end-to-end procurement process and technology covering the following areas: Category management and Strategic Sourcing, Risk Management, Contract Management, Supplier management and/or Procure to Pay
Experience in implementing (in addition to using) procurement enabling technologies, such as Ariba, Coupa, SAP modules or other leading procurement cloud-technology providers
Willingness to travel to the customers locations as required
Excellent client relationship skills
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong team player with drive and enthusiasm
Excellent communication and presentation skills
