Full ownership of services financial health for the assigned country and Ensure continuous performance feedback Full
Daily visits with customer and Ensure all activities are carried out according to our cultural pillars
Ensure flawless execution and delivery by assigning resources in line with volume and complexity of forecasted activity
Ensure the team competent and certified to do the work & understand contracts for the job portfolio
Regular Field Visits and documentation of points of improvement with a follow up and closure deadlines
Collaborate with sales teams as well as interaction with customers for assigned area to understand activity forecast
المهارات
Strong technical & commercial understanding of the upstream sector established through multiples roles starting from Design Engineering, Field Operations, Account & Commercial Management, People Management, and Country Leader for the Coiled Tubing Division
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent, professional work experience
15 years of experience, within oil field services companies (OFS) Cold Tubing
Have a solid experience and understanding of oilfield pressure pumping operations and services
Have experience of supervising and motivating the team
Show extensive experience as Field Services Supervisor in Oil & Gas related to Coiled Tubing
