الوصف الوظيفي THE JOB • Managing design and construction projects from start to finish. • Preparation of projects schedules, Project Plan, negotiate and reach through agreements with Clients & subcontractors • Leading the designers and the project management team to reach the goals • Strict and permanent overview on quality, timeline, and cost control in a proactive way • On-site presence and management upon project demands • On daily basis plan, coordinate, allocate tasks, manage project budget & report the actual status of the site to superiors. • Obtaining all necessary construction’s license, and official documentation • Selection and management of sub-contractors • Communication with clients المهارات • Right Experience for the job. • Solid experience / good understanding of fit-out project management • A person who can easily adapt to different circumstances, the changing environments, • A winning spirit, positive, confident, “can do ” attitude, result-oriented, excellence in assertive communication and negotiation skills, persistent, proactive, practical approach • Flexibility, willingness to travel across Saudi. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Excellent English language skills & fluent Arabic is an advantage OFFER: • A great professional team • Excellent career development opportunities • Competitive compensation and benefit package according to market standards. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/project-engineer-4486403/ |
