الوصف الوظيفي - Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences, etc. - Attend meetings and keep minutes - Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, phone calls, etc.) - Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure - Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible - Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned - Draft Presentations and write content on business-related topics as assigned - Act as a link between the organization and the third-party vendors - Undertake and monitor research to provide highly needed support for the business development team - Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization - Draft reports and management information - Work under the direction of the business development manager and assist the manager in project operations - Cooperate in a positive manner to the growth of the organization by providing required assistance to relevant staff المهارات - IT Literate - Proven experience in the similar role - Can efficiently handle emails - Answering any queries quickly and efficiently - Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Multi-tasking ability Languages: Fluent in oral and written English language & Fluent/Proficient in oral Arabic would be an added advantage Work Experience: 3+ years proven experience working in business development, specifically as a project assistant or coordinator Location Specification: The candidate should be located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/assistant-project-manager-4486383/ |
