Your Role: Managing a multi-geography role across 15+ countries, 3 business verticals and multiple stakeholders. The role requires oodles of experience in business partnering, driving cultural transformation. It also needs executive maturity to partner CEOs/ GMs and lead on the implementation and monitoring of the HR Strategy, own the business processes and provide advisory services – at strategic, operational and administrational levels. Partners with Business Units & Executive Committee members and business managers on all aspects of human resources management. Drive the overall people strategy, by designing and implementing people-oriented and organizational solutions.

Must-Have: 15-18 years of quality HR generalist experience. Have managed multi-country roles previously. Track record in business partnering to managing senior leadership teams. Prior experience in managing manufacturing operations is essential.
