Job Description

• Review the purchase requisition and determine the risks, and floating possibilities

• Do the required vendor pre-qualification process for any Purchase requisition and determine the market field

• Review the SOW of any RFP document and make sure all RFP documents serve the provided SOW

• Maintain the RFP and RFQ stages, and make sure they comply with the policy and procedures

• Review the awarding decision prior to sending it for authorized approval

• Make sure the bidding stage is as per the policy, and fair to all invited bidders

• Review any change request and its compliance with the policy

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field

• 2+ years of experience in the procurement and supply chain field

• Ability to comply with the company and government regulations

• Associated certificates such as CIPP, and CIPD is a plus!
