الوصف الوظيفي · Tracking sales goals and reporting results. · Produce accurate and timely reports that meet the needs of the sales director and senior management. · Managing organizational sales in line with other responsible departments by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expenses. · Plan the marketing activities to promote products and solutions in line with company strategy. · Setting and presenting weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals for the team to meet or exceed KPIs and sales target. · Build healthy opportunity pipeline and accurate forecasts. · Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. · Developing and maintaining a productive long-term relationship with customers. · Acquire a deep understanding of your customer needs and requirements in order to provide them the best services. · Understanding the “W” questions that you should know about your customer “Who they are? What they buy? When they buy it? Why they buy it? What they expect of you?” · Analyzing local market trends and competitors activities to recommend strategies that keep Ersal one of the marketplace leaders. · Acting as a link between Ersal’s customer and the internal teams in order to resolve any customers issue or problem on time. · Develop and maintain trusted customer relationship. · Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. · Developing the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. · manage all digital channels activities · contribute in digital channels enhancements · grow sales through digital channels (app/online/Kiosk) · manage sales teams/promoters activities · strengthen the relationship with correspondent Banks and collaborate with them to grow market share · build partnerships with different entities in the kingdom to increase sales المهارات Bachelor’s degree: Preference will be given to holders of this degree in administrative disciplines that are fully or partially compatible with this job.
