Assists in building plans, policies and procedures with different departments taking into account quality requirements and the use of assistive applications.
Facilitating the strategic plans implementation within departments.
Reviewing and analyzing plans implementation effectiveness, analyze negative and positive deviations and give recommendations for improving implementation.
Raises awareness about the importance of quality systems and the role they play in upgrading the company’s services.
Raises the development initiatives to be introduced in the work mechanisms to achieve this goal.
Working with other departments on quality management programs and activities and reporting to the direct manager.
Conduct Quality Management Workshops as appropriate and as directed by the Director of the Department
Reviewing quality policies and procedures in and recommending changes development if required
Organizes and maintains records, forms, documents and instructions related to the quality system.
Reports his direct director.
Participate in enterprise corrective action discussions as necessary.
Performs similar tasks within the scope of his competence.
