We are looking for a high performing Solutions selling professional, with good experience in consultative/solution selling approach. The person should be able to connect with customers across various cultural backgrounds to effectively articulate how technology can solve their business challenges and drive high profile customer opportunities in KSA.
As a Sales Manager, you will also collaborate with local (GCC) Professional Services and Sales associates to identify high potential accounts, support the advancement and closing of these target accounts and achieve quarterly and annual targets. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to build a vision aligned to key customer pains while bringing customers to agreement of the business value of the proposed solution. A solid understanding of opportunities and challenges related to the Islamic banking industry and the competitive landscape is required. You must have proven track record of effective account management, including account planning, opportunity generation and management. You should be excellent in listening to customers probing for business process pains and opportunities, in an effort to meet or exceed their expectations and also should be able to work effectively within a virtual team environment.

MBA with 8 - 12 years of selling experience in as software services company.
Minimum 8 year work experience in relevant field.
Able to work under pressure to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent negotiation skills
Able to work under pressure to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills with ability to work with deadlines.
Ability to work in a self-motivated, independent, yet responsible way with a high degree of autonomy.
Computer literacy.
Client research skills using database or internet Knowledge.
Regional market knowledge.
Fluent in both written and verbal English.
Financial service software application knowledge a bonus.
General working knowledge of IT industry.
Experience within finance , or related business is a bonus but not essential.
Experience of meeting and exceeding targets within a sales environment.
