Your responsibilities
• Project Execution and Control - Conducts analysis of plan versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or Project. Planning & Controls Manager - Prepares materials for, and assists in project reviews. Updates project (cost) adjustments, approved by the Project Manager and Controller, in SAP or other Project Controls systems. Monitors, controls, and releases requests for invoicing, based on instructions from the Project
• Manager.
• Stakeholder Relations - Effectively communicates appropriate information to mostly internal project stakeholders.
• Document Management - Controls documentation accuracy and consistency, based on tasks assigned by Project Manager or Project Documentation Specialist and procedures agreed with the customer.
• Comply to company s policy and guidelines in executing of every transaction.
• Ensure implantation of safety measures in all aspects.
• Handle small & medium size projects in terms of volume and complexicty.
• Responsible for the complete execution cycle including filed service activities.
• Maintain & enhance project s profitability
• Maintain and ensure customer s satisfaction.
• Participate and support projects in earlier stage sales stage.
• Responsible for payment collection.
Your background
• Ideally you’ll hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with 1 to 2 years experience in related field. Fluent in Arabic and English communications is required.
