Your responsibilities
• Preparing growth-oriented sales plans using company tools. Implementing the sales plan with complete ownership. Performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
• Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of full product or systems or services offering, and aligning to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Prioritizing TCO, CAPEX + OPEX concepts with value-based selling.
• Ensuring that all related activities meet legal and ethical compliance requirements are in accordance with overall company policies and procedures are conducted with employee safety as a priority and are aligned with the organization s goals and objectives.
• Mapping complete projects stakeholders to define decision Makers, influencers, and others.
• Developing Channel Partner with respect to Segments, Geographical coverage and product-based approach.
• Promoting a culture that embraces continuous process improvement, personal accountability, teamwork and customer service to achieve objectives and improve operational productivity and customer relations. Exhibiting the ability to effectively work simultaneously on many priorities that change frequently.

Your background
• Ideally you’ll hold a Bachelor s Degree in Electrical Engineering, with the following requirements:-
• Required minimum 6 years of experience as a service sales engineer for motors & drives services.
• Previous engagement and customer relationships experience with major government end-users entities and Water, COG (Chemical, Oil and Gas) customers in the region is an advantage.
• Strong technical expertise in selling and digital solution background is preferred for the role.
• Arabic language would be an added advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
