• Monitor the implementation and adherence to change management framework by internal and external stakeholders
• Provide direction in development of messages and the Propper delivery channels
• Capable of measuring the effectiveness of Change management activities.
• Manage and monitor the Change
• Management Function
• Communicate the output if the Change
• Management function and the performance of the function.
• Manages the development, maintenance and operation of the change and adoption framework
• Facilitate stakeholder participation in all parts of the change and adoption framework
• Provide constant guidance on areas of improvement and potential risks.
• Manage the approval process for all Change and Adoption Function deliverables.
