Key purpose of this role is to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration through assessing the customer experience in the O2C (Order to Cash). Dealing directly with supply chain partners inside and outside BUD organization (CFS team, 3PL, HUB team, Finance team and Customers) to nurture all kinds of agility and responsiveness where cost optimization is a main objective.
Key Accountabilities:
• Optimizing the daily shipment plan via efficient inbound/outbound transportation planning.
• Maximizing the utilization of the fleets by selecting the right type and size that fits the right lot size of daily customer orders.
• Managing and communicating with 3PL on a daily basis to ensure that all the planned deliveries were dispatched on time in full.
• Managing the demonstrated capacity for inbound and outbound warehousing in an efficient way that balance between cost and service.
• Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies.
• Managing and controlling all the returns and refusals from retail side via efficient reverse logistics process that ease the O2C cycle end to end.
• Making sure that WMS with 3PL is always interfaced with SAP system to avoid any short picks and service level hits.
• Optimizing the logistics cost including (Warehousing and transportation).
• Reducing business waste including all kinds of detentions and resent deliveries due to lack of communication and speed of information between supply chain partners.
• Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel.
• Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage.
• Understanding each customer behaviors and fulfill their needs and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Owning the daily operational performance meeting with the 3PL to ensure that all the planned deliveries took place.
• Allocating the right loss tree for the Secondary DR% and develop a recovery plan based on the allocated losses.
• Managing the daily multi-drop transportation plans to serve all possible customers at the optimized cost.
• Managing the inbound and outbound Warehouse capacities based on the available loads of order to balance between cost and service.
• Cleaning all the system failures to ensure that SAP system is reflecting with WMS to avoid any short pick.
• Managing the inbound process at the responsible DC s and balancing the inbound capacities with the available resource.
• Maximizing the stock accuracy to and system discrepancies on time.
