Job Summary
To assist with all aspects of Management Information Systems (MIS), Data, Examinations and Administration.
Key Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
Help in the production of strategic and operational data for analysis
Ensure proper utilization of sales force CRM
Project management
Monthly / Weekly / Daily reports
Sales incentive to coordinate with HR / Finance
Import data and from a variety of external sources as required
Monitor Management Information Systems as required
Liaising closely with IT and developers in order to ensure that the Salesforce system managed effectively.
Creating and modifying reports and dashboards.
Operator data analysis (Budget/Forecast).
Following up on Sales KPI’s to ensure maximum achievement.
Monitor market stock and aging.
Transforming towards office automation and optimizing business processes.

Qualification & Experience Prerequisites
Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s in information systems management, computer science or information technology
Experience
4 years’ experience as a Business Analysis.
Competences and Skills
Good project management skills.
Strong testing skills.
Experience leading group of developers (Internal Staff, Vendors) .
Experience developing and maintaining training materials and training curriculum
Excellent in Data analysis skills
Excellent programming skills
Flexibly
Time management
Communication Skills
