Channel Manager KA- Job Description
Position Overview:
The channel manager for KA, develops, maintains, and expands business with channel customers. He/she is directly responsible for channel profitability, achieving channel sales and developing new business within the channel.
Channel manager for KA will reports to Head of Sales
Job Responsibilities
Develop channel strategy to meet channel profitability targets.
Manage relation with channel partners and negotiate commercial terms of the contracts.
Lead the joint business planning process with channel partners that develops mutual performance objectives, sales targets and critical milestones.
Develop promotion plans within the channel as per the sales strategy.
Analyze company’s asset performance with different partners and improve asset utilization.
Develop merchandizing plan for key accounts and monitor merchandizer performance across the channel.
Work with regional teams in all branches for the execution of channel strategy, sales mix targets and merchandising plans.
Performance Measures
Achieves assigned sales targets for the channels
Meets profitability expectations of the channel
Maintain high customer satisfaction for both the channel and end consumer.
Trains the team to execute merchandizing plans.
المهارات
Four-year graduate degree in business
Five to Eight of channel management or business to business account management experience in Food(preferably chilled)/FMCG with minimum 3 years in Key accounts.
