Nationalization Manager

الوصف الوظيفي

Manage the design, delivery, evaluation and review of nationalization programs for all Saudis across the company.

Analyse the current needs within the market for the skill set required and present reports periodically.

Suggest a strategy of achieving the nationalization quota to be implemented across the company, gaining buy in from key stakeholders and business leaders.

Work closely with the Learning and Development team to ensure retention strategies are in place

Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate.

Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection.

المهارات

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in the field of HR and project Management

Fluent in Arabic & English

Excellent communication skills.
