Urgent Requirement for an experienced IT Operation Monitoring Lead for our reputed Retail Fashion client based in KSA.
Salary – As Per Market Standards
Language Proficiency – Arabic and English
Location – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Nationality – Saudi Nationals (because of visa quota availability)
Responsibilities:
Manage and support a team of Operation Monitoring IT Analyst
Responsible for establishing best practices through the entire Monitoring support process.
Develop daily, weekly and monthly reports on team’s productivity
Monitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Manage escalations and ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Make recommendations to improve operational efficiency.
المهارات
Having a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is a must.
At least 5 years of experience as a Oracle POS and Store Inventory Management system
Prior experience in fashion Retail Industry
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent leadership and people management skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Hands-on experience for Oracle retail Store Inventory Management system, POS system
Hands on Experience on IBT, Exchange, Refund process
Hand on experience on Oracle Database, Skybot Scheduler,
Good analytical, debugging, communication skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies
Support Experience on Fortinet VPN Client, VPN Client, Active Directory
Must be ITIL Certified
