Architecture draftsman, structure draftsman ,electrical draftsman , MEP Draftsman

We are an international company looking for a talented mechanical, electrical, structure and architecture draftsman to work in our design office for our international projects , the employee must have the below:-

1- Must have minimum 5 years extensive experience as draftsman.

2- To prepare engineering drawings as directed by the Senior Engineer.

3- Must have very high level in drawings quality and presentation, ensure drawings are accurate, well presented and on time.

4- Must have high experience and knowledge in AutoCAD, x-ref, Revit and BIM is preferable and advantage, Microsoft Office.

5- Must know the coordination procedure with other disciplines for all work levels including infrastructure and buildings.

6- Must be fully responsible for AutoCAD Drafting Shop Drawings, As Built drawings for MEP scope.

7- Ensure engineering documentation is filed and is of the latest revision.

8- Associate degree in drafting.

9- Quantities calculation experience is required.

10- Excellent technical communication skills.

11- Strong attention to detail and mathematical abilities.

12- Able to work within strict deadlines.

13- Must be based or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

14- Iqama must be transferable.
