الوصف الوظيفي We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Generalist to be stationed at our offices in Riyadh, KSA within the Human Resources Department. The role requires the successful candidate to mainly be involved in the implementation and administration of a variety of HR duties, procedures, systems and programs, such as recruitment and selection, training, employee development, new employee on-boarding/induction etc. Responsibilities Assists in recruiting, interviewing and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications. Assists in implementing onboarding, new hire orientation and employee recognition programs. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development. Assists in handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the HR Manager. Assists in examining employee disciplinary issues, terminations, and investigations. Assists in maintaining compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; assists in reviewing policies and practices to maintain compliance. Keeps informed of and maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Performs other duties as assigned. Provision of administrative support to the Group HR Department including maintenance of employee files and records in electronic and paper form. المهارات Minimum 3 year of experience in an HR related position Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and understanding of diversity principles. Hands on experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS. Understanding of IT concepts in HR systems and operations. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio Knowledge of KSA labor legislation Excellent organizational and time-management skills Teamwork skills.
