Position:
We are looking for a talented Digital Transformation Consultant who is responsible of a pivotal role within the digital business for client s development, scale and delivery of digital transformation initiatives. Furthermore, the Digital Transformation Consultant is responsible for Digital portfolio within client engagement.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
• Managing client portfolios or a portfolio of digital projects / programs within an enterprise.
• Responsible for delivery of professional services in the Digital Change Management field to meet company s objectives of profitability, customer success and stakeholder experience.
• Demonstrate detailed experience of creating digital roadmaps and strategies for multiple clients at local and global scale.
• Develop solutions to business and technology challenges and recommend creative approaches to solving clients business problems.
• Lead our clients through their digital transformation providing thought leadership, strategy, and guidance to develop and execute their transformation plans.
• Assists with the design and implementation of an ESA based on enterprise business requirements and IT strategies.
• Creates reference architectures focused on detailed design principles, decision points, detailed APIs, major systems and dependencies between business and IT.
• Help develop the go to market strategy for key accounts working alongside client teams.
• Be able to articulately and passionately present digital concepts to senior stakeholders internal and client.
• Spot opportunities where we can act as good consultants to our clients to help them find solutions or come up with strategies.
• Support the delivery of digital work into our clients.
• Develop the business case for Digital opportunities.
• Leads evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of a solutions architecture across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, value-streams, business requirements and enterprise standards.
• Creates architectural designs to guide and contextualize solution development across products, services, projects and systems (including applications, technologies, processes and information).
Skills & Ability:
• Confirmed client / stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Quantitative and problem-solving ability, ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop a Digital road map.
• An ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies.
• Managing client portfolios or a portfolio of digital projects / programs within an enterprise
• Strong understanding of business transformation, digital, software build and change delivery
• Strong ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Digital industry, and the issues and opportunities its players face, in area such as technology, data and business change.
• Prior experience working with major Digital Transformation Consultancy businesses or in the large enterprise leading digital initiatives.
• An ability to work with clients in a consultative way; helping them translate their business objectives into digital strategies.
• Managing client portfolio s or a portfolio of digital projects / programs within an enterprise
• Proven ability to build strong relationship across stakeholder groups with the ability to effectively influence and communicate across various business lines and units and at senior levels within the organization.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• MBA / B. Sc/ Engineering degree
• Minimum 10+years experience.
• Solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience.
• know-how of Digital technologies in handling and driving innovation, transformation projects along with change management with internal & external partners.
• An Engineering expert with extensive experience in running large scale engineering transformation programs in mid to big size enterprises.
• Experience in working with multi-skilled teams (UX Designers, Software Engineers and QA Engineers) on projects that touch a range of technical platforms.
• Solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience; process consulting experience preferred over business / strategy consulting.
• Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
• One full lifecycle implementation experience of any digital platform at least
