you will be responsible for managing the business of lareg animal , Pet Health and Aqua culture segments.
You will responsible for supporte regulatory and pharmacovigilance activities in Saudi and Gulf countries.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
• - Provide leadership in assigned territory through implementation of strategies and operational efficiency to achieve business objectives in line with Country Manager
• - Manage the forecasting and budgeting exercises to deliver EWs (Essential Wins) and LRP (Long Range Plan)
• - Identification of growth opportunities, propose solutions and innovation
• - Work closely with existing, new and potential key accounts to sustain and grow the business
• - Holds effective communication with internal and external customers
• - Identify areas where channel partners need to be sustained and/or be appointed, evaluated and managed efficiently
• - Ensure adequate stocks are available & ensure liquidation of non-moving and old stocks
• - Market mapping and development; closely monitor market trends, market share, business drivers and competition bench marking
• - Support the preparation and/or review of documents for submission to regulatory authorities with minimal guidance/oversight.
• - Ensures compliance to procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper records.
• - Works to become familiar with and proficient with respect to relevant regulatory authority regulations and policies.
• - Contributes to ensure regulatory compliance to pharmacovigilance, and product labels.
• - Responsible & accountable to fulfill the role in the creation, review and approval of Promotional Materials as defined in current valid EGQS (Elanco Glbl Quality Strd) and/or EFP (Elanco Functional procedure) on Promotional Materials
