Responsibilities:
• Build, maintain and automatically feed data into dashboards and reports
• Create and test workflows and search functions to enable productivity
• Installing the SharePoint platform, integrating applications, and creating libraries.
• Adding users, controlling access to document libraries, and setting permissions.
• Performing maintenance of the SharePoint platform, servers, and intranet.
• Troubleshooting and resolving SharePoint issues or malfunctions
• Performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss.
• Ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data.
• Reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user experiences.
• Keeping up to date with SharePoint developments and performing version updates and upgrades as per Microsoft recommendations.
• Implement Solutions designed on SharePoint, PowerApps, and Automat
• Provide technical and analytical guidance, developing and defining business and technical requirements and solution designs as part of defined projects
• Work with users to identify requirements, train on usage and troubleshoot problems.
• Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements.
• Setting tasks and development goals.
• Configuring the SharePoint systems to specified requirements.
• Developing new web components using XML, .NET, SQL, and C#, etc .
• Designing, coding, and implementing scalable applications.
• Extending SharePoint functionality with forms, web parts, and application technologies.
• Testing and debugging code.
• Reviewing website interface and software stability.
• Troubleshooting software issues.
• Maintaining and updating SharePoint applications.
• Providing systems training to staff and customers.
• Meeting with the design team to review website and application requirements.
• Experience building custom SharePoint web parts and custom SharePoint Visual Studio workflows
• Experience in complete SharePoint Application Development life-cycle
• Custom business forms using SharePoint 2016/2019 InfoPath, .NET, or Visual Studio
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
