Report for work 10 minutes before schedule in correct and clean uniform.
read the memo board before starting the shift
Use proper language and good attitude with guests as well as colleagues
always well-groomed and neatly dressed in the prescribed uniform
Successfully complete the training program and attain station validation.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Report all accident and safety hazards.
Assisting in the general smooth running of the kitchen.
Ensure that all stocks are well maintained. mise en place for preparation is completed in your section.
Ensures that all products are stored properly in the correct location at the appropriate levels
Prepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes/menu.
Ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained
Flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times as and when required
Maintain high cleanliness in all refrigeration, equipment, storage and working areas and on proper working condition
Prepare and present high quality of food following the executive chef recipe
Initiate, and creates new ideas and items for menu offering
Work closely with head chef and executive chef to be in line with food cost
Constantly attention to quality decoration of product
Ably and follow up on all policy and procedure in place
Follow up on daily preparation and production and create clear par level
Self-confident, with leadership skills, lead by example to build mutual trust among the team
Buy in the business and have eye on details
Report all equipment problems and maintenance issues, known safety hazards, or unsafe practices and procedures to supervisor immediately.
Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement.
Must possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively
