Nordisk, we have a current opening for a Financial Analyst to
be based in our Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia.
The position
The Financial Analyst to be hired will oversee safeguarding
the account receivable and assets. Also, will be responsible for
overseeing the compliance with the payment terms, as well as
ensuring and guaranteeing regular monthly analysis reports.
You will as well be responsible for, monitoring customer
debt and executing dunning procedure, as well as reviewing of
sales related distributor debit notes (Institutional Sales / FOC
& Samples / Transfer of Goods / Expiry / Customs / Penalties
etc). Adding to this you will oversee the preparing and updating
of SOX related control documents monthly as described in the
ICQ. You will be in charge too of supporting in the planning
& reporting cycles, as well as supporting the Finance
Manager in the budget process cycles including Sales, OPEX, TR
and FTE.
Desired Candidate Profile
You have a bachelor s degree in Accounting/ Finance.
You have 1 3 years of experience in a similar position,
preferably in FMCG/ Pharmaceutical industry. You also have an
expert knowledge in SAP R/3 and Microsoft Excel. As well as
being an expert user of Microsoft Office.
On the personal level you have a commercial mindset, an
attitude of making things happen, you are also capable of
communicating and making an impact, as well as having a very
good eye for details.
Also, you are expected to be fluent in English.
