Objectives of this Role
This role requires a combination of architecture and hands-on deep expertise in modern cloud architecture with a history of successful implementation of complex AWS, Azure or GCP solutions
Need experience on diverse cloud services; Security, Computing, DBs, Networking, Storage, Serverless are key ones
It includes planning, discovery, and execution of the migration process
This role will work closely with clients, partners and other business units to
ensure consulting engagements are successful.
Responsibilities
Participate and lead aspects, SOW and proposal development process
Contribute to the development of proposal pricing and technical writeup
Interact with stakeholder(s) to understand and document the product feature(s)
Analyze client’s existing application and infrastructure
Design target state architecture using cloud architecture and modernization
best practices
Develop a plan and schedule to achieve target state
Perform hands-on work to deliver target solution on cloud infrastructure within
the scheduled timescale
Participate in public speaking events

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar
7+ years of experience in a technical position
3+ years of experience with a public cloud provider AWS, Azure or GCP, etc.

Experience in Cloud Migration and modernization
Large-scale software development or application engineering with recent
coding experience in some of the following languages: Java, JavaScript, C/C++,
C#, Objective-C, Node.js, .NET, Python, PHP or Ruby
Strong awareness of networking and internet protocols, including LAN/WAN,
OSI, TCP/IP, File Transfer Protocols, Telnet and Secure Shell, Load balancer,
Domain Name System, and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol, among others
Designing and building applications using container and serverless technologies
Experience architecting highly available systems that utilize load balancing,
horizontal scalability and high availability
Deep expertise in solution architecture including web services, relational and
non-relational databases, front-end and/or back-end technologies
Good exposure to Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Continuous Integration (CI) and
automated deployment
Experience working with highly scalable, performant and mission critical
architectures
Worked on different architectural patterns
Familiarity with compliance & security standards across the enterprise IT
landscape
Ability to work with physical hardware and virtual machines
Experience in a range of cloud migration discovery, profiling, migration, and
operations technologies and tools
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
Active Cloud Certification: Solutions Architect, Cloud Security, Administration,
or any cloud-related certification
