Responsibilities :
• Be responsible for managing relationship with large enterprise clients with the help of category managers, and lead the closure with strategically important merchants.
• Building long lasting relationships with new merchants, by positioning as a friend and a thought leader.
• Quarterback our GM-KSA on large deals, 3rd party partnerships (e.g. payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, etc..) and lead new ones.
• Be responsible for our sales pipeline coordination in KSA, by closely collaborating with category managers and help them train interns.
• Manage a team in coordination with GM-KSA of business development analysts and interns including; setting team and individual targets, portfolio management and organisation structuring, team member support and performance evaluation.
• Set evaluation criteria for team members and KPIs for portfolio growth in coordination with Chief Commercial Officer.
• Be responsible for driving business development process enhancement initiatives in coordination with Chief Commercial Officer.
• Be responsible for team capacity management which includes forecasting business development team capacity vs. forecasted growth volumes and coordination with HR team on hiring required biz dev team members.

• You have a hunger to grow, and are passionate about business models
• You have at least 2-5 years of work experience in selling products to CXOs by relying heavily on need discovery and solutioning. Saas experience, or experience in selling a comprehensive payment solution to enterprise merchants is preferred
• You know how to manage your time, are organised with your work, tactical with clients and generally business oriented
• You are empathetic and an enabler to those who are not as qualified as you
• You have experience in managing a team, tracking and achieving targets
• You have a growing network in the e-commerce space. Saudi nationality is a plus
• You re proficient in both English and Arabic (written and spoken)
