Role Purpose :
Planning oversight and co-ordination of all NEOM University and Peripheral Project activities
Planning and Scheduling activities in compliance with NEOM Planning Procedures
Key Accountabilities & Activities :
Provides direction to the NEOM University team and other Project(s) Stakeholders with respect to implementation of NEOM U Projects Planning and Schedule, Progress Measurement Plans and Procedures
Create, maintain, review and administer project schedules and plans
Supervises and be responsible for Long Range and Strategic Planning activities for NEOM U Projects
Compliance with NEOM Projects Planning and Scheduling Plans and Procedures
Responsible for the update of NEOM U Planning and Scheduling Procedures
Assists the NEOM U Senior Projects Manager in providing independent evaluation / recommendations of Consultant/Contractor Baseline Schedules
Prepare presentations and reports related to project plans as well as support and coordinate with other NEOM University team and project Stakeholders in inclusion of planning information into department presentations and reports
Serves as the primary reviewer of Schedule Risk Analysis Reports.
Requirements:
5 years planning experience
Proven track record of experience as a Planner or similar role
Hands on experience with schedule management applications (Primavera/ Microsoft Project)
Understanding of planning and forecasting
Implementation of Progress Measurement Systems for Engineering, Procurement, Construction
Detail oriented
Excellent communication skills with multiple levels of Management
Team player with ability to lead a multinational, multi-dimensional organization
Capable of working in a fast-paced environment adopting a time-oriented approach to handling queries and tasks
Fluent in English (Spoken & Written)
Qualifications :
Sound working knowledge of Primavera/Microsoft Project
Sound working knowledge of Microsoft applications
Minimum 5 years of experience in Capital Construction Projects Planning
Minimum 5 years planning experience in complex interface environment
