الوصف الوظيفي Leading the company, the team and managing the daily operation of the company, Responsible for maintaining the standard of work, Running business of all departments and functions of the company such: Projects, Automation, Designs, After Sales, Sales and Marketing, Operations, SCM, HCM, Finance. Duties Performed: Provide leadership and direction to team of people, Manage operations and finances of business, Recruit and train new hires on business practices, Drive the development of employees and Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained. Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reporters. Maintain budgets, optimize expenses, and Communicate strategy and results to the unit’s employees Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization. Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit. المهارات Must have 10 years in an industrial company with a background in the food sector. Must have 40% technical background and 60% of Sales background. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or industrial engineering. Management and Customer Service experience, Strong administrative skills. Demonstrated ability to lead. Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting and Strong communications skills. Strategic planning skills: development and implementation of a clear strategic plan. Customer Services skills. Financial planning skills: responsible for looking at the future of the business and making key investments and investment recommendations. Technical skills: must be able to support technical development.
