الوصف الوظيفي
• Follow-up - Managing the company’s policies and the work team.

• Active participation in managing the recruitment plans.

• Support and improve the overall performance of the recruitment process.

• Support and improve workflow and internal development.

• Raising the efficiency - attracting talent - finding new solutions and sources.

• Monitor and track recruitment costs processes and available sources for the job posting.

• Provide the necessary reports on staffing ratios and operations periodically.

• Setting targets for the company’s growth for all its services.

• Building KPIs that contribute to development, monitoring, and follow-up to improve the required performance.
المهارات
• At least seven years of experience as a human resources manager.

• Experience in remotely working with companies.

• Excellent English.

• Obtaining a bachelor’s degree.

• Familiarity with the work of KPIs.
