MATERIAL Support Reference // Hangar Warehouse Support services
The service will be provided as the following assumptions:
Beginning of activities Immediately.
Service shall be available per week, in shifts of 8 hours (morning/afternoon/night) as per company needs. Weekends and national holidays when needed.
One standard shift on working days subject to above, providing service 40 hour week plus overtime (if required) to the extent permitted under applicable law.
The service to be provided is he will take a position in the MATERIAL department and perform all duties and responsibilities of said department.
The service shall be quoted per month and per person.
Service shall include accommodation and transport, prices in a separate line.
The team member will be expected to perform the following tasks related with the Hangar Warehouse Support services
Maintains receiving, warehouse, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
Complies local warehouse, material handling, and shipping requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment
Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Contributes with the Purchasing of minimum Level of stock
Maintaing in a monthly basis the company KPI´s

Be integrated into the Airbus Saudi Ltd Maintenance Organization.
Maintain a good working relationship with the Customer’s organization in order to detect any possible logistics or warehouse problems, faults / errors in the operational procedures, providing adequate feedback to the Airbus Saudi Ltd representative and last responsible of the assistance.
Very good English level required
Knowledge in warehouse and shipping process.
Be proactive and excellent good leader.
Supervision, Quality and Safety Management.
Managing Processes, Surveillance Skills.
Inventory Control, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information.
Any other Warehouse task if necessary after agreement
Subordinate employees: 4
SAP experience knoledge.
ITAR and EAR trainning.
DGD trainning
Driver License.
