الوصف الوظيفي ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Checks routinely/monitors for correct operation of all equipment such as chillers, AHU, fire alarm panel, etc. that include BMS control systems, to resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise anytime in coordination with the duty section heads and technicians. 2. Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters. 3. Analyze reasons of failure of plants and provides specific diagnostic, problem analysis and specify the necessary remedial actions for department head’s approval. 4. Perform daily auditing of plant performance by utilizing the facilities built on the building management system (BMS) e.g. data logging, plant review, alarm manager status, etc. 5. Use the historical logged data of various plants to review the system and propose improvements in order to enhance the system efficiency and / or reduce the operation cost as well as improve the services provided to customer. 6. To receive emergency calls for maintenance hotline 2095 and inform the security immediately in case of fire alarm and/or a fire incident. Environmental Health & Safety office and Engineering & Facility Management Department should also be informed immediately if there is a fire incident. 7. To receive maintenance work orders from SMC staff by CMMS, papers, phone and verbal request, print work orders and distribute it to maintenance sections and to close the job order after completion. المهارات EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE 1. Minimum of three (3) years experience in BMS 2. Minimum education: Two (2) years in technical diploma (IT, electrical, mechanical) 3. Effective communication both in English and Arabic language. SKILLS: 1. Ability to plan and organize a team effort 2. Ability to establish and maintained effective working relationship 3. Stress and time management skills 4. Judgment and Decision Making - considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one. KNOWLEDGE: 1. Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance 2. Demonstrates thorough knowledge of how to use and maintain tools and equipment 3. Knowledge and observance of safety precautions ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR: 1. Attention to Detail - Job requires being careful about detail and thorough in completing work tasks. 2. Must be able to climb, stoop, climb ladders, and walk beams. 3. Must be able to work safely in close proximity to moving and working equipment. 4.
