الوصف الوظيفي Manage the section operations and activities including cooking, preparation, and presentation of the menu items successfully while managing the section’s wastage and hygiene. Accountabilities Maintain high standards of production and quality in own section to ensure retaining and satisfying the customers and meeting brand requirements and the positioning in the market. Supervise the standardized operations, recipes and portioning in own section to ensure the cost controlling and maintaining quality. Perform cooking, preparing and presentation of all the menu items in an efficient and quality to meet the customer expectations and set quality standards. Implement the policies and procedures in own section to ensure compliance with the Brand’s policies and governmental regulations. Coach and develop the assigned section staff to ensure the achievement of the restaurant’s objectives and to ensure proper development for the staff. Execute the maintenance, hygiene, health & safety plan including the cleanliness off the equipment and the utensils to ensure best in class standards are applied in the assigned section. Ensure compliance with the HACCP regulations and standards including cleanliness of own section and best before dates of the ingredients. Execute the corrective actions developed by the executive chef based on the audit results from the quality control department to ensure successful application of the recommendations for own section. Adopt cost and quality control practices in daily operations and production without affecting the quality or the operations. Job holder accountabilities are not limited to the above mentioned, the line manager can assign additional responsibilities when required. Job Requirements: Education Degree from hospitality or culinary school or academy Experience At least 3 years of operations in a similar position Good knowledge of the sanitation and the regulations from the municipality المهارات Basic computer skills.
