Seniors IT is looking for a passionate Account Manager to be responsible for multiple client accounts at KSA. The Account Manager’s responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of our business and offerings, managing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver on client expectations.
Account Manager’s Responsibilities:
Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Keep the management informed by submitting reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services to the management.
Keep updated with the best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or any related field.
2-5 years of experience in the same field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Customer Service Skills.
Ability to Manage Client Relationships.
Familiarity with office software and phone systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce software.
