الوصف الوظيفي Position: Sr. Associate (Financial Analyst) Reporting to Country Head About the company A Global Financial Advisory firm, partnering with our clients to develop, finance, manage and deliver Infrastructure Projects, providing our services for Project Financing, Bid Advisory, M&A;, Financial Modeling and Financial Model Audit, Financial Analysis, Feasibility Analysis, Bankability Assessment, Policy, Reform and Training Programs. They have advised our clients on several path-breaking, marquee projects across Infrastructure Sectors and geographies and helped Governments and Private Sector Clients in implementing PPP structure in various new Infrastructure Sectors. Its PPP experience includes (IPPs/IWPPs/IWSPPs) in Power - Renewable (Hydro, Solar, Wind, Biomass), Conventional (Coal, Gas, Oil), Water, Wastewater, District Cooling, Transport, Real Estate, Telecom, Social Infrastructure (Education, Healthcare). It engages with various financial entities such as Multilateral Institutions (World Bank, IFC, ADB, AFDB, EIB), Bilateral Institutions (FMO, Proparco, DEG), Export Credit Agencies (ECAs), Governments, Private Developers and various Commercial Banks. Job Location: RIYADH المهارات Manpower Requirement: • Nationality – Saudi National • Job Location – KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) • Job Designation – Financial Analyst • Job Roles and Responsibilities: o Interfacing with the clients/ Infrastructure Developers and Government Officials o Understanding their requirements and expectations o Understand contracts/agreements/engagement letters, terms etc. o Drafting scope of work in contracts/agreements/engagement letters o Ability to translate them to English o Willingness to learn and ability to work on project finance and advisory engagements and do financial modelling (in long term) • Required Skills: o Strong knowledge and understanding of finance concepts, Financial Modeling etc Conduct ongoing credit monitoring analysis, including client’s financial and operating performance, peer group analysis and covenant compliance; o Client handling o Attention to detail for reviewing contracts o Willing to travel • Years of experience – 3 to 8 Years • Qualification – Bachelors/Masters in Finance.
