To provide comprehensive dental care to the highest possible standard within departmental sources.
To supervise junior clinical staff and take part in teaching activities as directed by the chief To carry out any administrative duties or other clinical responsibilities a directed by the chief dentist. Take part in peer review procedures for the benefit of Quality Assurance.

Should be prepared to deputize for Chief dentist during leave periods if required.
To monitor progress of junior staff and provide assessments of their work performance f requested by Head of Division
To organize clinics in the most efficient way, consistent with patient care and are responsible for treatment planning and continuity of care.
To take on extra Team Leader responsibilities if necessary.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his / her knowledge, skills and abilities and within the hospital and affiliated medical facilities.
