Supervise the preparation of contracts for new employees.
Ensure that the contract cycle as per the government regulations are followed through.
Issue a monthly report that includes the newly hired & resigned employees and send it to the concerned HR team to complete their reports.
Follow up and ensure periodical renewal of contracts for region employees.
Follow up on the new Saudization and diversity trends, and report to the local management to implement up to date Saudization and Diversity action plans.
Support in different HR audit needs including internal ones and external ones.
Make sure that employees’ clearance process is completed probably by solving any obstacles faced.
Ensure that employees are registered properly on the social insurance network and the labour law systems.
Follow up on the day-to-day administration of probationary period notifications, warning letters, interdepartmental transfers, and overtime policies and processes in coordination with Egypt Team.
Supervise and ensure proper administration of separation process, including final settlements in coordination with Egypt Team.
Coordinate with the administration department to ensure renewal of residencies (Iqama) as per the appropriate file.
Coordinate with the central Personnel Manager all new updates on employees to ensure a central reporting is accurate.
Advise on and set in coordination with the Comp & Ben Manager the compensation and benefits rules and regulations.
Work with sales and operations leaders to ensure comp and ben budgets are maintained.
Administer and supervise the monthly payroll administration including payroll, salary updates, attendance, sick leave, and Public Holidays, penalties, etc.
Coordinate with project managers payroll cost allocation on monthly basis and ensure updates on the project system.
Prepare bank files and transfer salaries as per the KSA rules and regulations.
Work closely with finance to ensure appropriate funds for comp and ben expenditure and timely payroll administration.
Ensure proper submission of payroll, benefits, and other related on timely basis.
Lead payroll and profile digital exercises in KSA and any region related.
Advise and set in coordination with the Comp & Ben Manager and the Region Finance Manager competitive benefits portfolio.
Ensure proper administration of employees’ benefits.
Ensure complete physical and digital employee files and records.
Ensure that all actions carried by the department are implemented with strict adherence to the Saudi Labour Law and other related laws and regulations.
Report on monthly basis on YTD compensation and benefits expenditure in comparison to budgets.
Report on any challenges and prepare a corrective action plan
Counsel and assist employees in their requests and inquiries and ensure an excellent employee experience is achieved.
Lead and develop the comp and ben team to ensure success of the department and the organization, while achieving an excellent employee experience.
