الوصف الوظيفي Prepare designs and engineering drawings of jobs by incorporating the contract specifications, client requirements and government regulations without compromising the constructability of these designs. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The principal duties, responsibilities and skills of the Electrical Designer are, but are not limited to: STRATEGIC ü Consider creative solutions to job requirements that would reduce manpower requirements, cost and time. ü Coordinate internally with concerned stakeholders to consider advanced technologies and creative solutions that would distinguish Amana from other competitors. ü Utilize programs and designs to improve speed and efficiency of design duties. ü Ensure design compatibility with authorities’ rules and regulations. OPERATIONAL ü Perform electrical design and analysis for Design/ Build contracts, coordinate the activities between consultant, client to develop a compliant design as per the client requirements. ü Cooperate with the consultant to obtain the approval of the authorities in the shortest possible time frame and within the job estimate. ü Ensure quick approval of drawings in compliance with the job requirements and contract. ü Check and approve the compatibility of Architectural, Civil, MEP, Steel cladding drawings and designs (both in-house and third party) and ensure the resolving of any incompatibilities in coordination with the relevant parties. ü Ensure the timely delivery of updated “Issued for Construction” drawings as defined by the drawings log set by Engineering Manager. ü Review electrical designs / drawings received from MEP subcontractor and ensure compliance with the project requirements/specifications. ü Ensure all design calculations are backed-up and securely documented. ü Responsible for the preparation of drawing submittal log in line with the overall project schedule in coordination with internal stakeholders. ü Provide as Built Drawings for jobs on a timely basis and as per internal requirements. ü Conduct site visits as needed to compare designs with actual site practices as well as to improve knowledge of building practices. ü Assist as needed in variation orders and prepare reports. ü Develop and maintain a library of standard constructible details of least cost implications. ü Develop the specifications and Guide team members in the development of the detailed drawings. ü Analyze/raise technical queries during the design process. ü Update the requirements/regulations of the authorities ü Responsible for the Submission of Designed drawings / documents to the Authorities for Designs Approval / Building Permit Services NOC’s and continues following up the authority submission during the construction phase. المهارات تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/electrical-designer-saudi-nationals-only-4401899/ |
